| 3. | Where the pick up / drop off service is used, whilst every possible care and attention will be given, the cat will be transported at the owner's risk | ||

at The Oakley Hotel for Cats we permanently maintain a 5* standard of
accommodation. On top of this we give you our 'Oakley Promise' that we will: Organise regular meals and appartment cleaning for your cat Always try to act in the best interests of your cat Keep cats in an environment where they can interract with each other and socialise at the owners request Love every cat as if it were our own Ensure all cats are cuddled and given individual attention every day of their stay. Yodel on request for any cats who are fans of 'The Sound of Music'. Ok, so we appreciate the yodelling is just a bit of fun, but we take all other aspects of our Oakley Promise very seriously indeed and believe these things are key to setting us apart from any other cattery. Your cats happiness is our main concern, and we will do everything we can to ensure your cat receives all the love and attention it would have at home. |
